Welcome to Adrenaline Worldwide, LLC (“Adrenaline”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). Adrenaline is a web-based subscription service that provides users with access to our website, Services, and related offerings including Adrenaline Content. We respect individual rights of privacy and strive to ensure a safe and secure customer experience through the protection of personal information. Please read this Privacy Policy (the “Privacy Policy” or the “Policy”) carefully, as it describes the types of information that Adrenaline, Adrenaline Parties or our business partners, sponsors, licensors and vendors may collect from you or that you may provide to us in connection with your access to, use of and interaction with our website and Services, and how we use, share and protect that information. The information collected from you enables us to personalize and improve your experience with the Services. Adrenaline may request, collect, and/or display certain information from you in connection with certain parts or aspects of the Services. In providing you the Services, we collect the following types of information:

a. Information you provide us. You understand that we collect any information that you voluntarily provide us when using or accessing the Services and you consent to our collection, storage and use of this information which includes but is not limited to:

i. Registration and Profile Information. When you register for the Services we ask for certain information including Registration Data, your name, gender, address, telephone or mobile number, email address, and a password. If you personalize your profile, we collect any information that you voluntarily provide such as a profile picture and birthday.

ii. Payment Information. If you purchase a subscription to access our Services, Adrenaline Content or any other product or service made available through the Services, third party payment processors may collect the financial and billing information they need to process charges. This type of information may include, but is not limited to, your address, email, financial information and Payment Method. We will not directly collect or store your financial information, like credit or debit card numbers. These third party payment processors may share non-financial information with us related to your purchases. This includes your name, billing address and the subscription, services or products purchased in order for us to fulfill your order.

iii. Posted and Sent Content. We collect any information that you voluntary place into comments, forums, or any other public posting within the Services. Furthermore, if you send us an email, we will collect all of the content of your email including any attached files or any other information provided.

b. Information Collected from Your Use of the Service. We collect and store information about your computer, mobile device, and network as well as your activities on the Services when you use or access the Services. For example, we may collect information from your computer or device that you use to access the Service, including the hardware model, operating system version, IP address (which may tell us your general location), unique device identifiers, browser type, language, wireless network, and mobile network information (including the mobile phone number). 4. California Do Not Track (“DNT”) Disclosure

DNT is a web browser setting that requests that a web application disable its tracking of an individual user. However, as an industry-standard protocol for DNT signals has not yet been established, we do not disable tracking technology that may be active on the Services in response to any DNT requests that we receive from your browser or device.

Adrenaline does not disclose your information except in the limited circumstances described below. By accessing and using the Services, you consent to, and waive any objection as to, us sharing your information under the circumstances described in this Policy.

We may share or disclose information with our current and future affiliates and business partners, so that we can, for example, provide you with information about other products and services that might interest you. Please note that third parties are responsible for their own privacy practices.

b. Service Providers. We may share your information with service providers, vendors or agents working on our behalf. For example, companies we’ve hired to provide analytics, process payments, or assist in protecting and securing Adrenaline’s systems and services may need access to your information in order to provide those functions. These providers will do work on our behalf, and will comply with the provisions of this Policy.

c. Aggregate Information. In order provide and improve the Services and our systems, we may share aggregated and anonymous information with service providers and partners. This information does not identify you and we require our partners to keep all such information in its anonymous form.

We may disclose any information we collect without notice or consent from you, if we believe in good faith that the disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud or other crimes, or respond to lawful government requests.

e. Business Transfers. We reserve the right to disclose or transfer the information we collect to another company in connection with a corporate sale, merger, reorganization, dissolution or similar event. We will endeavor to provide you with notice (via a posting to our website or such other method that we deem appropriate) of any such event. 8. Storage

You acknowledge that we utilize third party hosting providers to provide and make the Services available. Your personal information will be stored on our systems and that of our third party hosting providers for as long as necessary to provide the relevant Services to you or for so as long as reasonably required to satisfy the purpose for which you submitted the information, or as required by applicable laws or regulations.

Our website and Services are intended for access or use by persons that are at least eighteen (18) years of age. You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to use our website and Services. Additionally, Adrenaline does not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from persons under the age of thirteen (13). 12. Special Information for California Residents

Under California Civil Code sections 1798.83-1798.84 (“Shine the Light Law”), any users of the Service who are California residents are entitled to request and receive once a year, free of charge, a notice from us describing what categories of personal customer information (if any) we have shared with third parties, including our corporate affiliates, for their direct marketing purposes during the preceding calendar year. 15. General

a. Entire Agreement. The Privacy Policy, together with the TOS and guidelines referenced in the TOS, constitute the entire agreement between you and Adrenaline regarding the subject matter and govern your access to and use of the Service, superseding any prior agreements between you and Adrenaline.

b. Choice of Law and Forum. The Privacy Policy and the relationship between you and Adrenaline will be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You and Adrenaline agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within San Mateo County, California.

c. Severability. If any provision of the Privacy Policy is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the parties nevertheless agree that the court should endeavor to give effect to the parties’ intentions as reflected in the applicable provision, with all other portions of that provision and all other provisions of the Privacy Policy remaining in full force and effect.
